Join IIDA FLC’s Tampa City Center for February Wellness Event! Hear from guest speakers on the importance of wellness in design and behavioral health design then bathe in a guided sound bath meditation.

Event Details:

• 5:30-5:55 PM : Networking

• 5:55-6:00 PM : Welcome Announcements

• 6:00-7:00 PM : Panel by Carrie Kovacs with Gresham Smith and Angela Ditmore with Shaw Contract

• 7:00-7:30 PM : Sound Bath Meditation guided by Ritual Skin Studio

Notes:

• Bring a change of clothes (comfortable workout) and yoga mat/towel if you plan on participating in the sound bath. There will be time in the program to allow for participants to change after networking.

• Parking is available in the Waterview Garage in Midtown.
