IIDA FLC’s biennial signature event, Stitched, brings Tampa Bay and Orlando together for an evening of glamour and networking. The A+D community will craft couture runway looks using materials from assigned manufacturers. The mystery details will be revealed at the Reveal Party.
Quick How-It-Works
Each entry pairs one design firm team with one manufacturer sponsor.
Teams consist of four designers, one sponsor, and one student.
Together you will create one runway outfit that must prominently feature the sponsor’s materials.
Tickets are included in registration for model and design team.
Who should register?
Manufacturers, product reps, and material vendors who want their materials showcased on the runway.
What to prepare for registration?
Team lead name, firm, and email.
The team lead will be the contact person that will be informed of all milestones after the Reveal Party. These include submitting your model's name, a preliminary design, progress check-ins, and even selecting music to elevate the runway walk experience.
Team member names for a four-person team.
What will you do?
Attend the Reveal Party where key details are announced.
Provide materials to a matched design team in a timely fashion.
Advise on techniques and applications.
Additional expenses for materials, not to exceed $100.00, to be provided by sponsor. Teams to coordinate with Sponsor for supplemental materials such as closures, accessories, thread, etc.
Support fittings and final look prep as needed.
Be recognized as the material sponsor for the garment.

Sponsor logo featured on marketing materials at the event, social media, and the IIDAFLC website.
